Hello everyone,
Take a look at the interesting things your child was a part of last week.

 In Math, we are applying what we know about patterns and organizing our data in table and chart form so we can determine a different term. Ask your child what are other words that may be used instead of TERM.

 Our time in the Learning Commons has transformed into some really cool music lessons thanks to Mrs. Sherwin. Ask your child to explain how a fitness ball can be used to produce sound.

Our focus in Health has shifted to oral care. Ask your child to list the 4 categories of teeth in their mouths and, more importantly, to explain the function of each of those categories of teeth. Some interesting observations and conclusions were made when we each had a mirror so small that the only thing to focus on was our teeth as opposed to looking at our whole face in a mirror.

SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER.......

• A Family Life letter is in your child's homework book. Please review, sign and return the letter outlining our next unit
• Review, sign and return the bottom portion of your child's report card
• French Pathways information meeting is March 4th at 4:30pm. Letter went home last week 
• French Pathway forms are due March 7th
• Student led conferences are on February 26th. Letter went home in report card envelope
• St. Rita Winter Carnival is this Wednesday February 27th in th pm weather permitting
• New pizza and Subway orders start in March
